These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kinxverify.link's Buy Now Pay Later platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Kinxverify.link as a customer. Merchant accounts require a valid, registered business entity.
When you're approved for a BNPL plan, you agree to repay the purchase amount according to the schedule shown at checkout. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Kinxverify.link for future purchases and may be reported in accordance with applicable law.
Merchants integrating Kinxverify.link agree to accurately represent BNPL terms to customers at checkout and to comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising regulations.
Applicable fees, including merchant transaction fees and any customer-facing interest or fees, are disclosed prior to purchase confirmation and are never changed retroactively on an existing plan.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinxverify.link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
